NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ --  — the Global Engagement Infrastructure (GEI) company that also powers Snackmagic and Swagmagic — today announced it has acquired , the leading live-experiences platform for virtual and hybrid team events servicing over 11,000 unique organizations, joining the Stadium family of brands. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Both companies will continue operating exactly as they do today — Confetti remains available to everyone, not only Stadium customers. What's new is more engagement touch points in both directions: Stadium customers get new opportunities to book Confetti's 400+ live-hosted experiences and 200+ self-guided ways to connect, and Confetti customers get new opportunities to bundle in Stadium's Snackmagic snack boxes and gifting and swag.
